Underwriter
Missions
The insurance underwriter plays a key role in the insurance system and must possess a broad range of skills:
- Accurately analyze client requests
- Anticipate and understand risks
- Liaise with expert specialists
- Define coverage limits
- Draft specific clauses when required
- Present and justify refusals when necessary
- Honor commitments
- Monitor files from underwriting to resolution

Claims Handler
Missions
The claims handler operates in complex situations and must
provide solutions aligned with all parties’ interests. Main
responsibilities include:
- Investigating circumstances, causes, extent of claims, and liabilities
- Detecting potential fraud
- Implementing emergency measures to prevent claim escalation
- Verifying policy validity and coverage application
- Meeting legal and/or contractual deadlines
- Interacting with experts and lawyers
- Controlling claim costs
- Identifying claims and detecting potential fraud

- Continuous development of technical, legal, and contractual knowledge

Recovery Subrogation Officer
ROLES
The Recovery Officer plays a crucial role at a key stage in
the insurance contract lifecycle. Main Responsibilities include:
- Initiating recovery actions and ensuring completeness of required documentation
- Following up by phone and in writing, drafting letters with technical and legal arguments
- Handling disputes with third parties and negotiating with them
- Managing collections and/or deciding on recovery abandonment
- Managing relationships with all distribution networks

- Legal or insurance background with a desire to deepen expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to justify positions and negotiate effectively

Performance Management, Accounting and Finance
ROLES
“Our numbers people” (with no connection whatsoever to
James Bond’s enemy) carry the major responsibility of
ensuring the company’s stability. Their daily work
contributes to rigorous performance steering and financial monitoring of programs. Their responsibilities include (non-
exhaustively):
- Extracting reliable data required for business steering
- Managing cross-functional projects in support of operational teams
- Managing relationships with non-insurance service providers (IT, facilities, etc.)
- Contributing to HR development within a growth- oriented approach
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
This department encompasses a wide range of roles,
sharing common skills:
- A genuine affinity for numbers
- Proficiency in quantitative data processing tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of management control and/or project management and/or financial analysis/accounting
- Excellent analytical skills
Transformation, Digital and Data
ROLES
As part of our development and innovation strategy, we
deploy expertise in digital journeys, activity digitalization with
clients and partners, and data management. Key
responsibilities of this transversal team include:
- Leading transformation projects with strong business impact
- Defining, optimizing, and/or outsourcing processes using digital tools
- Developing internal digital journeys for teams and external ones for insurers and end clients (UX, UI)
- Structuring, collecting, and enriching data for exploitation
- Deploying analytics approaches (forecasting, modeling)
- Designing and developing AI models (Machine Learning) to drive service innovation (churn, fraud detection, scoring, customer value, etc.)
- Data exploration (data mining)
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
Transformation, Digital & Data brings together three types of

- Digital transformation experts / project managers (UX/ UI, PMO, Traffic Manager, etc.)
